The Better Bus Coalition, in partnership with The Heights Movement (THM), is continuing the work to beautify bus stops and transit routes in the Village of Lincoln Heights (LH). We are excited to support THM on the launch of “Black Excellence in the Village” project, which highlights the marvelous history of LH and some of its greatest contributors to the world. This is also part of THM’s launch of becoming a My Brother’s Keeper Community with the endorsement of Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and in conjunction with the Obama Foundation.

In partnership with Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, THM looks to dedicate this mural on Labor Day Weekend for the 74th Anniversary of the founding of Lincoln Heights, the eldest Black-run municipality north of the Mason-Dixon line. We are thankful for any support you can offer and we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate art and history in our beloved Village.

Help us restore Serenity Park and unveil new murals telling the rich history of the Lincoln Heights community.
